Livigo is an online housing discovery platform that connects renters, including students and residential tenants, with property owners, landlords, and agents (“Property Partners”). Livigo does not own, lease, manage, or control listed properties. Livigo is not a real estate broker and does not set rental prices or agency fees. Unless otherwise stated, Livigo does not collect or process rent payments.
Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding agreements. All information provided must be accurate and truthful.
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Livigo may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or misrepresentation.
Listings are provided by Property Partners. Livigo does not guarantee listing accuracy, availability, or suitability. Users must independently verify properties before entering agreements.
Livigo does not regulate rental prices or agency fees. Property Partners determine their own pricing. Livigo may apply internal platform standards and remove listings that do not meet quality requirements.
Livigo does not collect rent or hold deposits unless explicitly stated. All transactions occur directly between renters and Property Partners.
Users may not post false information, engage in unlawful activity, harass others, or manipulate platform rankings.]
Livigo is not liable for disputes, property damage, fraud, or financial losses arising from user interactions. Liability shall not exceed fees paid directly to Livigo within the previous six months.
Users agree to indemnify Livigo against claims arising from misuse of the platform or violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
